A Fruitful Day

Saturday…
Started my day, when I blur² woke up and read my 1st sms:

Around 12pm go for lunch? Meet at Noah’s Ark 1st – Ivan

Quickly i sent a simple 'Ok' affirmation... not b4 long... Then I notice its 11.50pm -_-! alamak… fast² strip, fast² bath, fast² dress, fast² style.

But not before I read the 2nd sms. A dear friend from Ipoh kinda encouraged me with this:

When i send u sms, it doesnt mean u have to do d same.. u can also send:- shark’s fin, abalone, birdnest, lobster, diamond, cash or other gifts.. so start 2day!!

But guess what’s my reply ^_^

Seek n u will find. Ask n it will be given. I do not own the floodgates of heaven, but I can help u ask our father above if ur paiseh… hehe.

I rushed straight to the restaurant. It’s not Noah’s Ark… that’s what we (entire Hope Serdang loh) calls my friends’ house. The restaurant is juz a simple chap fan shop lerr… and heyyy, I found out that I wasn’t entirely late without a purpose. God has planned something for me. Unexpectedly I met Ps. Kit Siang n his lovely wife Sis Shara, Bro Daniel, and two mid-aged man I dunno. Maybe pastor brought along visitors? I went and gather more chairs as I was expecting Ivan and Fei Yee as well, and when I was back… the mid-aged guys shy² left… o.0? Rupanya tumpang meja je… gua pun paiseh lah… to made them move. Anyhow the food was great and cheap (becoz Ivan is friendly with the seller... wah. Regular customer lah) and the short time of fellowship is nice and encouraging… considering only a few times get to eat at the same table with pastor.

Next I followed Ivan around, since I had nothing else to do during the whole noon. 1st we dropped Fei Yee off at church. And since it’s so close to The Mines, we walked over… Ivan had to go to the ATM, I went over to the newsstand to get my monthly dose of comics. Then on the basis of "wanting to finish the leftover arcade tokens”, we head to the arcade to play House of The Dead 4. My first time. Uncountable times for Ivan. We got KO’ed at 3rd stage… Game Over…

Later then dropped over to my place to get a bath and prepare for Hope KLCC Membership Dinner at somewhere near SOGO… somewhere near Chow Kit also loh… The journey hence started… but Ivan was then reminded of worship practice at church. What the… he actually forgot… >.< Tak jadi pergi… I went ahead first with Sis Helen.

Ivan did join later, after got lost for 1 hour. The ceremony had almost ended. In conclusion, he missed the dinner part. Hungry, he was, partially full I was. Dinner for him, seconds for me. We left KL and drove with a ½ sesat kinda look on each other’s face, until we reached Tesco Cheras.

As u can see its super thick. It’s like a combo of milk-shake and sundae. Its super nice and costs RM4.90 each (b4 tax).


Forgot to mention the name of the place.


Ivan was apparently having a hard time with his Chocolate Mousse. Sudah penuh…

Both of us had a truly fruitful time together. We had long conversations about our parents, about our past… how we were so mischievous and such. Thank God that he gave me the opportunity to relate deeper, and THANK YOU Ivan for being supportive and also blessing me with the dinner (Bro n sis yang lain, jangan jelous tau…hehe) With this, I’m one step better to know this brother over here… which has now


Dozed off while preparing his WordForLife presentation for later this morning! Thank You For Giving To The Lord.
